Hi doctors, My psychiatrist has recommended me clonidine 150 mcg IR at night for impulsivity and sleep issues. I haven’t started it yet because I’m a bit worried about blood pressure reduction. My current BP is around 120/80, age 30, male. I understand it’s not possible to give an exact prediction, but can anyone give an approximate idea of how much BP might drop at this dose, especially at night and next morning? Thanks in advance.
