Sir/Madam, My sister has severe cold since a week. Her right ear got clogged and painful, suspecting because of too much cold (not sure exactly) and her throat is so painful while swallowing. Could you please suggest with remedies for the same

It could be an ear infection. She may require antibiotics. Suggest u visit an ent asap and get her ear examined. For the time being use paracetamol tablets for pain.
