According to high quality researches that are available- “If your pregnancy is normal & uncomplicated, both sex & having orgasm are safe especially in the second trimester “

Clitoris orgasm will cause some contractions of pelvic floor muscles.  That may cause some problems , ofcourse there is no reference available. But when you don't have a chance to make even a single mistake, it is better to avoid such activities.

If you don't have a high pregnancy or there is no discharge per vaginum, there is no risk to the baby.
