Hi, it’s pretty common to get these kinds of ailments during weather change. Please do the following and don’t worry at all:
1. Do not drink or eat anything cold
2. Continue warm water gargles and steam inhalation twice a day - when doing steam- try breathing with the blocked nostril so it tries to unplug the blockage gently
3. Start
vitamin C tablets 500 mg per day for a month, then start vitamin C enriched natural food like citrus fruits etc.
4. Think positive and be energetic - it helps in recovery!
