Clicking sound on my back skull or head

It's been almost 3 months now I'm on medication. But still no recovery. Bcz of this clicking sound I tried for medication doctor suggested physiotherapy. Even on doing Physiotherapy, I'm getting back head pain n due to that the pain has spread to forehead and side ways also. Still the click sound has not gone. Pls advise

It can be because of multiple reasons since physical therapy is not giving you any relief too , I would suggest you to get the physical examination done by the spine surgeon near your place.
