Clearing throat like elders

Hi all, My son who is 25days old makes sounds like clearing his throat everytime I feed him and sometimes even when I don't feed him..makes faces like he is bout to throw up , is something stuck in his throat , looking at him I feel like he has difficulty swallowing the milk . please let me know what is going on

This looks like Reflux of milk You may need to give him medecine because we don’t want the milk which is regurgitated going into respiratory tract

Bringing up milk is common in babies. Milk is going in the stomach and coming back up leading to this. They may vomit a little bit also. If you are breastfeeding, it is nothing to worry as it is infrequent. If you are giving formula, this is going to be frequent. Consult a pediatrician if it happens frequently

Burping after feed is the best remedy. Make baby sleep  atleast 15 minutes after feeding to prevent reflux of milk

He must be having colic or gas issues which is causing the reflux or vomiting like sensation in him. Please do proper burping after every feed and you can also use colic drops.
