Clarification on pregnancy

Hello doctor I am 11 weeks 6 days pregnant, early pregnancy scan was done on 6 weeks and second pregnancy scan on 10 weeks Cardiac activity is good, movements are seen. Now I am advised for nt and anc scan with double marker test on Nov 14th. I am tensed about doing scan and getting results Will it be fine, I concieved at my age of  30 years 5 months Kindly help me
