My mother has to take two medicines one is Fourrts and one is Pantocid HP ( divided into two rows for morning and night before and after food )
Fourrts is also prescribed for night. So should there be a gap between fourrts and pantocid hp after food with regards to the timing of taking them?

Taking Fourrts and Pantocid HP on the same day is safe for you, they don't interact harmfully. Since Pantocid HP is usually taken before food and Fourrts after food, the meal itself already creates a natural gap between the two at night.
