Circumcision
My son suddenly one day said that he is having pain in penis before and after urination we showed him nearby doctor and was told that its swelled and having infection he was under antibiotic and pain relief now there is no pain but while cleaning I could see white discharge and he is keep on touching it. I think he is having some discomfort. He is using fusidic acid over it at night.

Get urine RM done, your child having urine infection, Apply Flutibact cream over prepuce and try opening it every day, clean all whitish discharge every day ,,
