I have circumcision 3 weeks ago. There are stitches present there. There is no hypersensitivity on glans. There is no  pus or pain in the wound area. From last 3-4 days  whole penis seems like little swollen. It feels like little hardness even when it is in flaccid state and veins are also popping out over the penis. Although there is no pain. Is it normal?
