But she is applying betnovate which is a steroid creams, which is contraindicated in case of infections. It will only exacerbate the infection. If the rashe is only limited to neck, let her apply terbinafine cream twice daily for 4 weeks. If the rashes are extensive, then kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
