My neck region and the area below the chin has got covered with numerous rashes/acne (picture given) . I'm unable to understand the reason of this rashes. Previously I used to have acne after ovulation but it used to be on my faces. But now why this is happening in my neck region I could not understand. And even 12 days just went I had my period so there is no as such reason. Please tell me the problem and suggest me the treatment and remedy.
