Chronic testis pain from 4 years

Tenderness on testes, left testes is smaller than normal , azoospermia , total testosterone is normal...now I feel that testes is shrinking (history- 4 years ago got mumps orchitis, swollen both testes)...Is there any medicine to cure my problem?
