Chronic Pancreatitis

I have been getting pancreatitis attacks since the age of 23. I had 3-4 attacks on the first 2-3 years then they stopped. They started again from 2011, but I have not gotten any major attack in the past 3 years. I do get minor ones when there is bloating, back pain and bearable abdomen pain. I have been told it is idiopathic and there is no definite causes. I am on medication and avoid alcohol and oily and spicy foods. I dont smoke either. Is there a way I can cure this chronic pancreatitis?

Dietery and lifestyle modifications are best for you....Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...Consult nearest gastroenterologist once you will get more confidence.
