1) I suffer from chronic nausea. I underwent an endoscopy in December which revealed antral gastritis. I was also prescribed an antibiotic course for H.Pylori. Which I completed. But this nausea keeps coming back. 2) I have also been suffering with this feeling of light headed ness and imbalance. For the past year and a half. I feel pounding at the back of my head at times. Sometimes I feel dizzy when there is an unconscious movement of the neck .Have consulted ENT and Neurologist. They are of the Opinion that it's some kind of migraine.
