Hi, my father has been diagnosed with Stage 4 chronic kidney failure due to his Type 2 diabetes. I'm looking for a kidney specialist / nutritionist to give advice on what he should and should not eat. He is an older man with very set (fussy) food preference, and is used to Hawker food. He's also always travelling across the region.
