Dear Sir , My son is diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease CKD Stage 3 for last 6 year. His creatinine level is 5.6 , BUN 72.6, Haemoglobin 8.2. I have attached the report. kindly see the attachment of report and advice me.

Chronic kidney disease is a progressive disease. At this stage i would recommend you prepare for the future. He may require dialysis or transplant in future. I would suggest you get an AV fistula created at this stage and complete his hepatitis b and pneumonia vaccination
