I am having problems sleeping, especially in the summers, I sleep well in winters. I am hypothyroid since the last 30 years. In 2009, I had a mild heart attack,am on medication for blood pressure and ecosprin.75. I am taking eltroxin 100mg. I had ankle surgery last year and because of that I am not very active. However it's been one year and I recently started short walks three times a week. I would appreciate any information or medication for insomnia. Thanks
