Chronic Headache sinus

Headache from last 1 yr, starts when i wake up in morning and remain whole day, no problm with sleep , no tension , Brain mri clear , physiotherapy , neurologists medicines didnt work at all , ct scan PNS shows sphenoid sinusitis same side as headache , taking nasal sprays , medicine from 1 week but seems no relief yet

If you see sphenoid sinusitis in CT scan, better use a course of antibiotics and if the head ache persists, go for a "functional endoscopic sinus surgery" by a good ENT SURGEON.

Sphenoid sinus inflammation can cause chronic headache and needs to be treated. Nasal sprays needs to be used for couple of months before going for any other modality of treatment. If medical treatment fails to reduce your symptoms then you should consider undergoing endoscopic surgery
