Is Chronic fissure a serious problem? Can it be treated with the help of medicine?I have been diagnosed with chronic fissure and I have been given anosum cream .does chronic fissure heal on its own?

It may heal with medicine Try Anobliss cream locally Thrice daily Syp cremaffin plus 15 mL twice daily SITZ BATH thrice daily
