When it is confirmed that the diagnosis is fissures, the matter of actual physical check-up can be kept reserved as and when required.
I understand that you might have not received due care and results as expected either it being allopathy or homoeopathy or any other pathy.
Being a homoeopathic doctor I can speak for my system.
When it comes to prescirbing homeopathic medicines... the first and last requisite is to match the medicine to the patient at a wholistic level instead of just the diagnosis.
In some instances doctors may try superficially acting or specific medicines well known in homoeoptthy of particular diagnosis. And in many patients they do get some results...
But they are not the ideal way.
It is also a reality that many patients first try all other pathies, over the counter prescriptions, and this makes the disease very complicated with the side effects of the other medicines. In such cases, it takes time to clear the case and bring out the natural disease symptoms.
I hope I may have resolved some of the confusions...
Now, if I have to advise you on the complaints you have, you should stick to homoeopathy though you may change the homoeopathic doctor.
Try and find a doctor who is genuine and who prescribes on the principles of homeopathy and not marketed patented products.
