Last week I started a sore throat and a cough my voice also disappeared for about 2 days now my voice is back throat not sore but I still have this chronic cough sometimes dry sometimes with mucus. Body feels completely fine I feel completely healthy. This cough keeps me up all night medicine does not work cough drops do not work.. What is wrong ?
