I'm daily constipated dnt know why? that's why I also have piles problem...I'm taking lots of veggies and fruits and 3 lit water per day still daily my initial part of stool is becoming hard ... previously was on duphalac for 6 months but after that it is not effective any more...now I'm taking cremaffin plus for 2 months 10 ml after lunch and 10 ml after dinner... initially it worked and I felt good but now it's not effective like before... what's the wrong with me??? Should I increase the dose of cremaffin plus?? I can't speak Hindi and nt good in english so I can't consult in practo...I can only speak Bengali can anyone help me pls🙏

You're suffering from chronic constipation with (?) piles...Continue taking High Fiber Diet, drink liberal amount of fluids (3-4ltrs/day) and avoid red meat consumption. If common laxatives are not working you can consider taking Pegclear/Movicol 25ml in 1 glass of water thrice daily (stop if loose stool occurs). Take regular sitz bath with Luke warm water.

continue high fiber diet, take liberal amounts of fluid, take laxatives when you feel it's going to be hard stool. Take sitz bath. Face to face consultation with general surgeon for evaluation and examination of piles
