I Am Having Dry And Chapped Lips From Last 3 Months,My Lips Peel of Every Other Day,The Lips feels very dry and chapped inspite of drinking water,applying lip balm,less sun exposure,the lower lip skin also comes out when it is in moisture for eg bathing please suggest me the medication
