Chronic Back pain

I have been having chronic back ache for 6 weeks now. MRI report says L4 L5 level mild disc bulge and ligamentum flavum thickening cause thecal sac indentation. Have been on Nucoxia & Ultracet semi for 2 weeks with rest, hot water fermentationand exercise. No relief so far. Please suggest what to do & how long will this take to recover. I am 30 year old, married women, no children.
