Hello..how much is your cholestrol level? If its somewere near normal, home remedies might help. but if cholestrol levels are above 300 pls consult a doctor and take medicines. In ayurveda there are ample options to reduce cholestrol levels and maintain health. Drinking ladies finger water will not alter sugar levels for sure.
Next Steps
pls monitor your lipid profile at regular intervals
Health Tips
Avoid oily food, mutton, prawns ,crab etc. Do regular excercise Drink plenty of water
