I have HDL 1.55 LDL 2.89 Total chole 4.39 HDL ratio - 2.83 I am taking statin 20 mg medicine for 2 months Is it necessary to take medicine or I can do it by exercise and other methods .

Hi. You should have attached report along with your question. Unit has to be mentioned along with values. Because normal total cholesterol level is less than 200 mg per dl.Attach your report ,it would be easier.
