Cholesterol bump on eyelid

I have cholesterol bump on eyelid from 1 year what can I do for remove this bump. I have also a red spot on my back from 1 month and I think spot increase in size with respect to time.

Both are harmless. If you want to remove, visit a dermat for the electro / chemical cauterisation

It's Xanthelasma palpebrum,  can be treated by chemical cautery.

Red is cherry angioma,its benign growth,no need to worry much. Over eyess - pls consult nearby dermatogist to remove it,
