Choking while eating food
My father is 61, mostly when he has his food, he is getting chocked and then omits the food out. He faces this problem often and unable to understand the core issue.
He is addicted to alcohol and tobacco.

You need to get him evaluated and examined for these complaints. A nasolaryngoscopy will give a picture of any abnormalities in the upper aerodigestive path. If normal then he will need to see a gastroenterologist as well. To rule out any mass/lesion.
