Ovaries:Right ovary is enlarged with cyst measuring 8*6 cm. shows internal debris? chocolate cyst Left Ovary:Left ovary is normal in size and echogenicity.No focal lesion is noted in the left ovary. Right ovary measures 9.6*8.1 cm and left ovary measures 2.8*2.6 cm. No free fluid is seen in cul-de-sac.
