My ex who I am currently testing positive on home test (I've taken 3 including a digital and all were positive) told me he tested positive for chlamydia. I was wondering if this disease could cause a false positive.

Hi. Urine pregnancy test is not related to chlamydia  . Positive pregnancy test means positive pregnancy.  If you r still thinking to do any test then do sr beta hcg which is sure test of pregnancy.
