Chills ,feeling sleepy and tiredness

Started having frequent urination am not diabetic this is my 10th month of delivery twin pregnancy through c section, so I noticed frequent urination like after urinating I feel is not completely empty I even have to force all to come out even after that I feel maybe my bladder is loose I just don't know but no pain, or blood just chills tiredness..so I did urine routine and culture there was infection in urine  routine but no growth in culture doctor gave  antibiotics, she gave the second time then I meet her again last week with another urine routine no infection it was clear now but I stil feel chills especially after staying near fan. Then urine sensation is stil there she also advised I do some exercise to help with the bladder which am doing, what else should I do?? Am tired of this issue is really disturbing 😐 and am stressed too taking care of two babies myself with this issues 😞is really 💔disturbing me don't know what else or what doctor to meet again

Continue exercises to increase the bladder tone. Go to washroom to empty bladder frequently. Don't hold urine . This is called bladder training. Do a complete blood count. Consultation required

Continue exercises... Increase water intake.. Take proper rest and diat...take help for care of baby...take multivitamin and minarals ..
