Do u  have any addictions? Are u on any medication like anti depression pills? As per report ur ur sperm count is 22 millions it should be 40 millions minimum ur actively motile sperm is 0 it should be 60% so as per ur report u cannot make ur wife pregnant need to start treatment for u also ur age is 30 also do ur wifes reports also if by treatment also ur count didnt increased we can go with iui to make ur wife pregnant
