Child vomiting is not stopping

My 2.5 year old is vomiting since last 5 days Whatever she eats she vomits it out and to go with that she was suffering from loose motion which stopped a couple of days back but has now again started the doctor prescribed us ondem and vomikind syrup we took both but none of them seems to have stopped his vomiting So yesterday we again went to the doc she said to give her ondem tablets so we did that but nothing has changed what should we do She is not even drinking ors now Please help

If ur  baby not passing adequate urine Oral intake is less Signs of dehydration Then better to get admitted And  give  saline  and  vomiting medication through saline  and  investigate further the cause  of  persistant vomiting
