My son is 4 and half years old he give lot of tease. he always suck his thumb. Please suggest remedies

Thumb sucking s done by children to avoid social fear. Don't worry. Just see whether he s vigorous sucker, if he s then please see his dental alignment. If u forcefully try to start stop it, it will further agreevate. U can use adhesive tapes over thumbs.
