Every time while discharge are present in baby'eye. Becouse of that he is not able to open it.Please give solution

It seems to be conjunctivitis please do cold compresses and wash the eyes with freshwater frequently. Put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin And Put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time
