My son is one year six months old, is he frequently passing stool, we gave him paracetamol syrup, his body temperature is 98.5 dec cent. Even he refuses to take food. if food taken then omitted. Environment temperature is around 38 degrees centigrade.

Give him Liq. Enterogermina 5ml once a day for 2 days Syrp. Ondem 3.5 ml  if vomiting Give fever medicine if fever.
