My child 3years got hurt while banging the door..his right hand ring finger got injured badly..little blood out of nail growth area and back of the nail skin got slit open..swelling and redness..plz advise...do v have to go for tt injection..

Cold compression  over trauma site and topical antibacterial
Next Steps
No,  need of tt injection , if u kid is vaccinated upto date
