If a child has came into contact with these solutions Extraction reagent 1 (0.2M NaOH) Extraction reagent 2 (0.2 M HCl) From a chlymidia testing kit will they be Ok? Is there anything in it that can be infectious to them???

Hi. Please note that the chemicals you have mentioned are not infectious, but, they can be poisonous. I believe you have already sought medical help by now.
