My wife is suffering from last 30 days, treatment was given ulracet 2 time, c plot tz 2 times, But still not well Also now dr prescribed buvalor 10 patcch for 7days Now pain in shoulders,knees, feets, also odema / sweling  on feets, very deficult to move easy. Igg is positive Igm is negative Platlets 443 Esr 20 What is treatment
