I'm in first day of chicken pox,dont have much pimples yet due to this,  Can chickenpox be cured within 4-5 days with proper medication?

Yes further rashes can be stopped and this means there will be minimal scarring. I not treated it can cause many marks all over the body. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
