My daughter is 2 yrs 2 months old and Dr has given the next scheduled vaccine for. Chicken pox in this month, which in her vaccination card is scheduled at the age 4 to 6 yrs... Should we go for the vaccine? She is not suffering from any disease.

With regard to the chicken pox vaccine 2rd dose can be taken 3 months after the first dose, as a matter of convenience it is written 4 to 6 years, when it is given with other vaccines like dpt, MMR, by taking second dose of chicken pox thete is very good protection from getting chicken pox, with only one dose there is a small risk of getting chicken pox
