Chicken pox subsided but fever again

Baby is 13 months old and she had got chicken pox 17 days back and was admitted in hospital due to high fever and was refusing to take liquids hence . However after 10 days discharge from hospital she suddenly has got high fever of 102 since 2 days with nasal congestion, sneezing and slight on and off cough. While she had chicken pox she had got ear infection too. Is it alarming situation ??? What could be the possible reasons of early contraction of chicken pox and fever again . We stay in Bangalore

Consult Now
It might be the superadded ear infection. Get the ear checked properly and start medicine for that. Fever will go on its own

May be another infection Visit physically to nearby pediatrician.

Could be a secondary infection. Varicella is known to invite many infections. Kindly get Evaluated.
