Last night while having chicken, I swallowed a small piece of rib bone, and it is causing pain when I eat something. Please advise.

If it is just mild dull pain, it is probably due to injury that the bone caused on its way down. If you feel choking sensation, please refer ENT surgeon immediately, it needs extraction.
