Hello Doctor, my dad is a diabetic patient. Since he is under medication just wanted to know if he can take chia seed in his daily diet while taking his other medications. Its been 20 years since he got diabetes . Thank You.

Yes chia seeds have some anti oxidant qualities it can b taken as a supplement in limited quantities but it does not means u need to alter or reduce the diabetes medicines.
