What does my chest X ray film show ? Kindly tell.

It's really difficult to comment as the quality is poor, it's under exposed. Also it's old. Besides, CT is always superior to Xray. You have to do a new X ray from a good centre. There is nothing obvious in this one. But again as I said, no one can be 100% confident with this one.
