Respected Sir, Iam suffering from chest tightness while lying down on bed all my nerves keeps pulling Iam suffering from severe pain in all over body, please help me how to overcome this problem sir

Looks like anxiety related. Get an ECG done

Hi. Chest discomfort increases during work or exercise? Do you have any other clinical problems? Take ecg as baseline investigation for cardiac evaluation and need other basic investigation to rule out systemic illnesses.
