  4. Chest tightness. Realted or muscle pain?

Whenever i walk for some distance, run i feel tightness in my upper portion of left chest rib.. If i run a little also i feel like iam breathless... Suffocated... When i touch that portion i feel tenderness..my ecg n echo both normal..my heart rate also increases when i get that pain.. Is it heart realted or muscle pain???m

It's non cardiac pain . Take pain killer for 3 days. If your ECG and echo are normal it could be due to physical inactivity.
