From how long do you have similar complaints? Any one in family has similar complaints? Have to check if these issues are completely lungs related or Upper respiratory tract related. Better if you connect on call here in Practo

Chest tightness triggered by cold foods (ice cream) and weather changes with mucus production strongly suggests mild allergic bronchitis or early asthma. The 'air sounds' when moving your upper chest may be transmitted airway sounds from mild bronchospasm — this is worth checking.
Next Steps
Get a Spirometry (PFT) test done to check lung function. Avoid cold foods and sudden temperature changes for now. A bronchodilator inhaler (like Asthalin) can be tried during episodes for quick relief. Consult me on Practo for proper evaluation and diagnosis.
