I am getting intense pain in chest ribs , back bone and upper shoulder while sneezing. I dont have any other symptoms.

Pain seems to be muscular. Please take Anti-allergic medicine like Tab Allegra 120 mg once a day & Tab Zerodol P twice a day after meals. Although Heart problem seems to be less likely but get an ECG done & consult a Internal Medicine Physician.
